The Paradox Twin can be gathered in the list The Pineapple Thief, Porcupine Tree but also Leprous. Yet the band has an authentic sound with a depth and stratification that unfolds slowly and brilliantly. For a number of years singer Nicole Johnson has been part of the band and she impresses both solo and in harmony with Danny Sorrell with her powerful voice. Musically ‘ less is more ’ excellent is applied. It all sounds spacious and strongly balanced. The interaction between firm and quiet passages is worked out to perfection.. They now have two albums to their name and the band has been nominated several times for the prestigious Progressive Music Awards.
